Rates

Rates effective June 16th, 2018, and thereafter:

  • $3.25 for each single family residential unit
  • $7.50 for each other developed property unit with less than 7,000 square foot impervious surface area
  • $15.00 for each other developed property unit with more than 7,000 square foot impervious surface area and less than 30,000 square foot impervious surface area
  • $25.00 on each other developed property unit with more than 30,000 square foot impervious surface area
  • The calculation of square feet of impervious surface area may be based on self-reporting by the owner or landlord.
